Processing

• An order will be processed the same bussiness day after it's confirmed.
• It will take 2 to 4 weeks to prepare an order. Faster shipping would be done depending on stock status and order quantities.
• We make every effort to ship all orders on or before the date we promised.

Delivery

• Express: It will take about 3 days to arrive at door address.
• Air shipment: It will take 1 week or so to arrive at the airport.
• Sea shipment: It usually take 3 to 4 weeks to ship to the destination port, depending on the importing countries.
• Please note that weekends and holidays are not including as processing and shipping time.
• We are not responsible for weather or carrier-related delays that are beyond our control. But we will help pushing shipping to make it delivered earlier.

Tracking

You should receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number or shipping paperwork after your order has been shipped. For express shipments, please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.
